Using VIRE is free: your athletes join with the invitation you send them, from the app or the browser. If an athlete buys a plan from you in the VIRE showcase, they pay your price plus 15% for VIRE (VAT included), by card, PSE/Nequi or Efecty.
Yes, but they are not imported automatically: you build them once in VIRE and, when the mesocycle ends, you duplicate it and adjust what changes instead of writing it again.

With a credit or debit card, and your plan renews automatically every month. Also with PSE (even from Nequi), in cash at an Efecty point or with a card without saving it: in those cases you pay for one month and, 3 days before it ends, we send you a link to renew.
Yes, from the platform and without calling anyone. Cancelling stops the next charges, but does not refund what was already billed for the current period.
