How long does it take to start?
Minutes. You create your account, enter the app, and start setting up your operation without waiting for a sales contact.
Do I need to talk to sales or request a demo?
No. Go directly to app.virecoach.com, create your account, and start.
How do you access it or download it?

Is there a phone app?
Yes, for iPhone and Android, on the App Store and Google Play. It is the same account as the web: sign in wherever you like and you see the same thing.
Which plan starts free?
FREE includes 15 days at no cost. PRO COACH and PRIME COACH are paid plans: $119.900 COP and $249.900 COP per month.
What happens after the 15 days?
When the trial ends, you decide whether to move to PRO COACH or PRIME COACH depending on the operating level you need.
What VIRE does
What can a coach do in Vire?
Manage athletes, create exercises, build routines, assign them weekly, track progress with photos and metrics, work from a dashboard, send invitations, and run their account inside the platform.
Does VIRE build the programs with artificial intelligence?
No. You design the programs. VireCoach, the assistant, answers questions about the platform and summarizes data that already exists, such as adherence, sessions and progression. It does not prescribe or decide for you.
Does it work if I train in person, on the gym floor?
Yes. Your locations and logging the session from your phone while the athlete trains come with every plan. With PRIME COACH you also set your fixed hours once and the schedule fills itself. It all lands in the same history as your online work.
Can the trainer train too?
Yes. From your own account you open your athlete space and follow your own training, without using up a slot on your plan.

Does Vire charge the coach end users?
VIRE charges nothing to the athletes you invite and takes no commission from you. If an athlete finds you in the VIRE showcase and buys a plan from you there, they pay your plan's price plus 15% (VAT included) for VIRE; you receive 100% of your price.
Does VIRE take a cut of what I charge my athletes?

Do my athletes have to pay anything?
Using VIRE is free: your athletes join with the invitation you send them, from the app or the browser. If an athlete buys a plan from you in the VIRE showcase, they pay your price plus 15% for VIRE (VAT included), by card, PSE/Nequi or Efecty.
How many athletes can I have on each plan?
FREE, up to 5 athletes, 10 custom exercises and 1 GB. PRO COACH, up to 15, unlimited exercises and 5 GB. PRIME COACH, up to 100 and 15 GB.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the platform, without calling anyone. Canceling stops future charges, but it does not refund what has already been billed for the current period.
How can I pay for my plan?
With a credit or debit card, and your plan renews automatically every month. Also with PSE (even from Nequi), in cash at an Efecty point or with a card without saving it: in those cases you pay for one month and, 3 days before it ends, we send you a link to renew.
Your data
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
You request deletion from the app or the website, with no need to email support. The account is deactivated right away and you have 30 days to reactivate it with your email and password. After that it is executed and cannot be undone.
Why do you ask for my professional card?
Because professionals on VIRE get verified. We read your COCED card, check it against your official record and confirm it is active and in your name.
