You agree on the service and its price directly with your professional.
Verification
We check the professional's card.
We read their COCED card, check it against their official record and confirm it is active, current and in their name. If something does not match, a person reviews it. All VIRE professionals are verifying their card; on each profile you see the badge once they are verified.

Nothing: using VIRE is free. If you buy a plan from a professional in the showcase, you pay their price plus 15% for VIRE (VAT included), by card, PSE/Nequi or Efecty. What you agree with your professional outside the showcase is separate.
How do I start training with someone?
You pick them in the app and send a request. Once they accept, their program shows up in your app. If your trainer already uses VIRE, they can also send you their invite link.
What if I switch trainers?
Your progress is yours: you keep your history, records, streak and progress photos.
How do I know they are a real professional?
By their verification: we read their COCED card and check it against their official record. On each profile you see the badge once they are verified.
