Referral program terms

1. Who can take part

Any professional with an active VIRE account can take part. Each account has its own code, generated automatically by VIRE. There is no sign-up.

2. What you get for sharing your code

For every professional who signs up with your code and pays their first month, you get 10% off your next charge.

• The discount stacks: ten paying referrals make a free month.
• A single charge can be discounted by at most 100%. Anything left over carries to the next charge.
• The cap is 12 free months a year per account.
• The discount only applies to your VIRE plan. It cannot be exchanged for money.

3. What you get for joining with a code

Whoever signs up with a code gets a discount on their first charge. Depending on the code, it is 5% or 10%; your percentage is shown before you pay.

• It can be used only once and does not stack with another code.
• You cannot use your own code.
• If the first month is not paid, there is no discount and the referral does not count for whoever brought them.

4. What does not count

• Payments made before October 4, 2026, when the program started.
• Two accounts with the same ID document.
• Two accounts that pay with the same card.
• Sign-ups that never pay.

If an account adds up more than ten paid referrals in a month, those credits go to manual review before they are applied. It is not a penalty: it is the check that keeps the program from being misused.

5. Where you see it and when it applies

The discount shows in the app, in your account, with a counter of how many referrals you have. It applies automatically on the next charge: no need to ask or contact support.

6. Changes and end of the program

VIRE may change or end the program with 30 days' notice. Discounts already earned are honored: they apply even if the program has ended.

This covers earned discounts and those partly applied.

7. Misuse

VIRE may withdraw credits and close the program for an account that creates fake accounts, uses someone else's documents or cards, or tries to charge for codes. Before doing so, we notify the account and let them explain.

9. Legal

This program is operated by STAION S.A.S., NIT 901.973.951-2, TV Superior Cr 25 A 1 A Sur 45, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, and is governed by Colombian law. Participants' data is processed under Law 1581 of 2012 and VIRE's privacy policy; personal data and complaints: soporte@virecoach.com. Nothing here changes the terms of service or plan prices beyond the discount described.
